Care instructions
All rugs and cushions have been professionally cleaned. They are from a pet free and smoke free environment. Special care should be taken when cleaning these vintage items, please refer to a professional for cleaning.
Sizing details
Because our items are true vintage pieces and are all handmade by artisans, some irregularity in shape and size is normal and adds to the charm of each piece.
Items condition and appearance
All our vintage rugs and cushions may show signs of wear or have small imperfections, due to their age. This is part of the beauty of vintage items and these are not seen as defects but instead are part of the history of each true artisan piece.
Returns
All buyers are welcome to return an item they are not happy with. Buyers must pay for the cost to return an item and all items must be sent by tracked delivery, as lost items cannot be refunded. Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery and be in their original condition.
What is best to use when filling pouffs and bolster cushions
We find that 4 standard size bedroom pillows work really well at filling our vintage pouffs. Another option is to use the pouff as storage and fill it with blankets, duvets etc.
Our beni bolsters are usually a standard size of 60 x 40 and they look their best when really plump so we would recommend purchasing a good quality duck feather insert or even filling them with a standard size feather pillow, again this works really well.
Are your cushions provided with an insert pad
No, everyone likes their cushion filled in different ways! Dunelm, ikea and John Lewis do some very good duck feather pads. If its a plump look you are looking for we would suggest you go for a good quality pad or one that it a size bigger than the cover. For a slumber, relaxed look, jysk and ikea have some good ones which aren't over filled.
Are you images true to life
